We are an Authorized MRCOOL® Reseller.
All products are 100% genuine and backed by the full MRCOOL manufacturer warranty when properly registered.

Product images, specs, and pricing may be updated or corrected at any time without notice.

4. Pricing, Payment & Financing

All prices are shown in USD and are subject to change.

We offer secure payment through Shopify’s approved gateways including Shop Pay, which may offer 0% APR financing options for eligible customers, subject to credit approval and terms of the lender.

All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless financing terms apply.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

Limit or cancel orders
Refuse service for any reason
Correct pricing or listing errors even after checkout

If an order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Customer-requested cancellations are governed by our Returns Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the Lower 48 U.S. states only.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Items must be unused, uninstalled, unopened, in original packaging
35% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
Customer pays return shipping unless damaged/defective on arrival
Certain products (e.g., accessories, line sets) are non-returnable

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

8. Warranty

MRCOOL® products include a manufacturer warranty. Terms vary by model and may require:

Product registration
Professional or compliant installation
Serial number and proof of purchase retention

Warranty coverage, parts replacement, and service processes are handled according to MRCOOL’s warranty terms, which supersede any implied warranties from us.

We do not perform installation or on-site service.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Upload malware or malicious code
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Website
Use Cool Heat Direct products for resale without authorization
