Most products ship within 3–5 business days and arrive within 4–10 days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Freight carriers will contact you to schedule delivery.
Please inspect the shipment at delivery. If any visible damage exists, note it with the driver, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
Curbside delivery means the driver will deliver to the nearest accessible location — they cannot bring items indoors or upstairs.
Installation & Product Support
Yes — MRCOOL® DIY® systems include pre-charged Quick Connect™ line sets, allowing homeowners to complete installation without an HVAC license. Just follow the included steps and video guides.
MRCOOL® Universal, EasyPro®, and Olympus® systems typically require a licensed HVAC technician to handle refrigerant lines and electrical connections. This helps maintain warranty protection.
Common household tools like a drill, level, screwdrivers, and wrenches are usually enough. A 2.5” hole saw is recommended for routing the line set through the wall.
DIY installations usually take 2–6 hours depending on layout and number of zones. Multi-zone or attic installations can take slightly longer.
We offer post-purchase technical support and can help troubleshoot common questions. If preferred, we can also assist with finding a certified installer in your area.

Yes — using a certified HVAC installer for systems that require pro installation helps maintain full warranty coverage. DIY® systems remain covered when installed according to MRCOOL® guidelines.
Warranty does not cover issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or physical damage after delivery. Consumables like filters and routine maintenance are also not included.
Warranty service is provided directly by MRCOOL®. If you ever need support, we’ll assist you with documentation and contact details to make the process smooth.
