We offer free shipping on eligible orders shipped to addresses within the Lower 48 states, as displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offers for the Lower 48 states do not automatically apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other excluded locations.

5. Delivery Methods

Larger HVAC equipment may ship by freight carrier.
Freight deliveries are typically delivered curbside to the closest accessible outdoor location, such as a driveway, curb, or other carrier-accessible delivery point.
Freight carriers do not typically:

Carry items upstairs or into elevators

Place items in a specific room

Unpack or install products

Remove packaging or old equipment
Customers are responsible for arranging any help needed to move heavy items after delivery.
6. Freight Delivery Scheduling
For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.
An adult aged 18 or older may be required to be present to receive and inspect the shipment.
If the carrier cannot reach you, if the delivery appointment is missed, or if the delivery location is inaccessible, delivery may be delayed and additional carrier fees may apply.

7. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery.
Before signing for a freight delivery, check for visible damage such as:

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, re-routed, or requires re-delivery due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address, additional carrier fees may apply.

10. Missing, Lost, or “Delivered” Shipments
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the shipment, please contact us within 48 hours at:

Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, Cool Heat Direct LLC is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.
