MODEL: MDM10115D

All-in-One Heating & Cooling Without an Outdoor Condenser

The MRCOOL® Monoblock MTHP 10,000 BTU Heating & Cooling System offers a practical way to enjoy efficient indoor comfort without installing a traditional outdoor condenser or connecting refrigerant line sets.

Designed for smaller living spaces, home offices, studios, cabins and guest rooms, this innovative 115V wall-mounted heat pump combines heating, air conditioning and dehumidification in one self-contained unit.

With 10,000 BTU cooling capacity, 9,000 BTU heating capacity and 15 SEER2 efficiency, the MRCOOL Monoblock uses DC inverter technology to adjust its operation as temperatures change, helping deliver consistent comfort while managing energy consumption.

Its space-saving design makes it especially appealing for properties where installing a conventional outdoor condenser would be difficult or undesirable.

The appropriate coverage area depends on insulation, ceiling height, window exposure, climate and the room's heating and cooling requirements.

Is the MRCOOL Monoblock Right for Your Space?

The Monoblock is a great option to consider when you need heating and cooling in an individual room but prefer not to install the separate outdoor equipment required by a traditional mini split.

It may be especially suitable where:

  • Outdoor condenser placement is restricted.

  • You have a suitable exterior wall for installation.

  • You want independent temperature control in a smaller space.

  • You prefer a system without refrigerant line connections.

  • You have an alternative heating source for particularly cold weather, if required.

The Monoblock is not a direct replacement for every type of mini split. Its heating performance, installation requirements and available capacity should match the property.

For homes in extremely cold climates, explore our MRCOOL DIY Hyper Heat systems, which are designed for lower outdoor operating temperatures.
